This indicator measures the proportion of Canadians meeting the 2020 Canadian physical activity guidelines.

Canadian 24-Hour movement guidelines for 5 to 17 year olds consist of accumulating at least 60 minutes of moderate- to vigorous-intensity physical activity daily.

Canadian 24-hour movement guidelines for adults 18 to 79 year olds consist of accumulating at least 150 minutes of moderate- to vigorous-intensity aerobic physical activity per week.
